Orange County and Beach Cities Single Adult Conference

Whereas we are in no way required to attend, our neighbors to the south have invited us to their single adult conference. The following describes the line-up of activities they have planned:

MOVE FORWARD WITH FAITH

Unlike other conferences, this year's conference is sponsored by all 16 Orange County California Stakes will focus more on mixing and mingling with all-age 31+ activities and some separate activities for each "decade", 30s Midsingles, 40s, 50s, 60+ too. So there's a little something for everyone.

Expect over 900-1,000 LDS Singles from all over Southern California, the West Coast, and beyond in attendance with great dances, inspiring workshops, beach parties, speed dating (by age), and a visiting General Authority.

Hundreds of singles from all over SoCal, the West Coast, and the entire U.S. have already registered for this one of a kind conference. Some activities will sell out, so don't be left behind! Activities include:

  • Surfing Theme Dance (DJ Jon McFerson) on Friday, Arabian Night Theme Dance (DJ Scott Master) on Saturday with music lounge, game lounge, open mic night, and speed dating by decades
  • Several mixing activities throughout the weekend for all singles (31+) and optional activities for each decade too (30s, Midsingles, 40s, 50s, 60+)
  • Inspiring and relevant workshops include Carrie Wrigley, Anne Arnold and Yo Gabba Gabba!
  • Beach Parties (Doheny and Huntington Beach) with optional excursion to Montage Resort in Laguna
  • Catered Hawaiian Friday Dinner at Doheny State Beach
  • Saturday Dinner with Broadway Variety Show and LDS Hollywood Comedian, Tim Simpson for all ages (31+) or optional separate Decade restaurant dinner groups (30s, Midsingles, 40s, 50s, 60+)
  • Sacrament service with Elder W. Christopher Waddell of the Seventy
  • Special Fireside with Author and BYU Professor Robert Millet
  • Optional Conference After-Party at Disneyland
