    Due to the Stake conference, we didn't have an opportunity to send around sign ups and we need tutors! We need them this Wednesday! The students need you too, of course!

    The Los Angeles Stake midsingles have decided to always invite the Santa Monica Stake to their monthly, 3rd Monday "Dinner Group" FHEs. This week, they're heading to the Koreatown Galleria food court:

    There is free parking and a variety of Korean food options! There is even a restaurant there called 'Cham Cham Cham' which Google says is a Korean game where "your opponent tries to make your head go to his/her direction. You will win if your head turns the opposite of your opponent's direction.. ", Ok I dont really understand the game, but the restaurant looks really good :)

    2012 FHE Schedule

    Hello Everyone,

    To make it official, there is a change in the MSA Family Home Evening schedule for 2012. Family Home Evening will be held on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. There will be no Family Home Evening on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Mondays.

    Feel free to hold your own Family Home Evenings on the "off Mondays," whether that is in small groups or individually.

    Family Home Evening will continue to be at the Westwood building, unless stated differently.

    Also, FHE will start at the usual time of 7:30pm, unless stated differently.

    New Sunday Meeting Time and Schedule for 2012
    Sunday, January 1, 2012 - 9:00am

    Beginning this Sunday, January 1st, 2012, the Westdale 2nd Ward's new meeting time will be 9am. Our first meeting will now be Sacrament meeting, followed by Sunday school, then Priesthood/Relief Society.

    Also, since we're sharing the building with another ward, our Stake President has asked the Midsingles - the most able group in the ward - if would be willing to park at Winward School parking lot on Palms so as to free up the church's parking lot. So if you can, please park at Winward school, located at 11350 Palms Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066 (corner of Palms and Sawtelle).
